Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the current congressional release.
